Starbucks in New York City

Mobile ordered at 6 am (11/10/19) and then went to the store. Store was not open as late as 630 and I was charged for my drink. No apology and no refund. Total fail.

Starbucks it's nice to have fresh food I like two sandwiches and the very kind so you can just sit and relax and sip on your coffee

Quick stop for a drink and food.

Seems like not too many people in this city do a good job. I ordered an ice coffee and almond croissant. I got my ice coffee how I ordered it with espresso rather quickly. Probably a 6 min wait. My croissant took 11min and was not toasted like I asked. 7/10 would not order croissant again.

Tried the new maple pecan latte. Very disappointed. Barely any maple flavor or pecan. What's with the yellow and orange sprinkless? Is this dunkin donuts?

Starbucks, you are selling liquid drinks with sitdown. Make bathrooms available. Its ridiculous. Entire down town area starbuckses has shut down bathrooms.

Excellent service

Very expensive, like normal. But this location is very very slow. Most mobile orders are not ready to be picked up. The staff doesn't seem to care

Why does the coffee in Gregory's is so much better than Starbucks?

Why do the"baristas" not understand the concept of an unsweetened white tea. I just want plain tea. I don't want peach, ginger or lemonade added to my tea. If I wanted it, I would request it.

Stay away from this location!! I ordered a hot latte. Barista was so lazy to open another bottle of milk that she made super extra foam to fill up the cup. She knew I was watching her. She didn't care.

Ok but not great.

Don’t usually do this, but I couldn’t hold it no longer... the service in this location is very upsetting. Super slow, not caring and inattentive crew. This is the 3rd time within roughly a month, they forget something while I just wait or get the drink ready not the way I asked for. Today they forgot abt my sandwich and I patiently waited, and when I asked for it, got an attitude and no apologies what so ever. Moreover, got to the office, and the sandwich in my bag was literally messed up. I hope this gets to where it supposed to get because obviously there must be something done here... 😑

Young lady seemed very interested in tip jar. You'd better put something in there or your order vanishes. Barista made amends, was apologetic & was very pleasant.

Quick bite and an iced tea.

Had a not-so-great experience. The line was short but the wait for lattes was .... 14 minutes and the wait for Cold buster coffee was 15. The barista Stella was one of the rudest I've experienced. She talked poorly about everyone who was waiting. She talked about their drink choices, their attitudes and their audacity to order something complex.She then was passive aggressive about people not giving her attitude ;by thanking her for "being polite".Wouldn't come back here for the wait times and lack of customer service.

JOSYLYN VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.SHE GOT MY ORDER WRONG, AND THEN RUDELY ARGUED ABOUT IT TO ANOTHER WORKER RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. SHE EVEN JOKED ABOUT IT WITH THE CUSTOMERS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME CALLING ME STUPID. I DEMAND A REFUND. I DONT DESRVE THIS TYPE OF SERVICE. RUDE

A good Starbucks to get coffee from .. certain staff teams are weird the morning staff crew is slow with Boring music ... the after noon staff crew is always energetic with good music playing love going there in the afternoon always make my day.

Nice Starbucks coffee store in the conner of Nassau St & Fulton St. It’s open during the weekend and provides the needed caffeine for those downtown hotel guests nearby (Marriott Aloft & Moxy NYC downtown.)

Clean and convenient location. Friendly, professional staff. Access to electrical outlets at some tables.

Was traveling with a family member who is epileptic. He had a seizure in the store and the staff were very attentive and offered help whenever they could. Excellent service that made us feel at ease! Thank you to all the staff in this store!

The best Starbucks coffee I had in NY! The service was good and fast. I definately recommend this Starbucks instead of a remarkably worse Starbucks in the vicinity on the same street.

The staff is awesome! I go there everyday Monday through Friday since I worked in the area, the staff greets you by name and remembers your order so they can try to speedy up the line. Did I mention, the staff are super nice one you know them =)
